We are very pleased to announce that we used Sun Lawyers to purchase our Spanish property in Cuidad Quesada. From the day we contacted them to advise we had placed an offer on a property, they organised the next day for us to attend the notary to organise the power of attorney and the NIE numbers to be applied for. The process was so efficient as we were in Spain for a number of days after attending and viewing numerous properties, therefore we didn’t have to fly back out it was all done whilst in Spain and all paperwork organised. This company do not mess around, they’re straight on it!
Sun Lawyers were recommended to us by numerous people who had used this company to purchase their Spanish properties, therefore it was very important to use a reputable company as this was all completely foreign to us purchasing in Spain. My husband was vary wary indeed in trusting a solicitor to deal with the power of attorney on our behalf, but he needn’t have worried.
I would, without a shadow of a doubt, recommend this firm of solicitors/lawyers. They were so professional in every way, very thorough indeed, they picked up on a discrepancy from a document from the seller’s lawyers. They were very professional on how they handled the situation with a resolution to the issue. They left no stone unturned and everything completed in the end, we are very happy customers indeed.

She is a credit to the company and I have to say she has a lot of patience with dealing with clients as I wasn’t the easiest to deal with at times! This was due to the complex issues with the property and the seller’s circumstances. She was straight on the case and informed us at every opportunity. We are now enjoying our Place in the Sun.
